All submissions will be refereed by experts in the field based on originality, significance, quality and clarity. Prospective authors are requested to submit their papers in not more than 6 pages, prepared in the two-column IEEE format. All queries and papers must be submitted in electronic form to drssridhar@yahoo.com The paper should contain e-mail addresses, postal addresses and affiliations of the author(s). Accepted papers will be published in the proceedings of the conference, provided at least one of the authors registers for the paper.
